Carefully wash the octopus and plunge it into a saucepan of salted boiling water. Let it cook for about 30 minutes. When done, let it cool in the water. Then drain and cut the octopus into small pieces. Put the octopus in a bowl and season with olive oil and chopped parsley. Serve cold.
– 500 g crabs (possibly female)
– vinegar, olive oil, salt
Wash the crabs and put them in a saucepan with cold salted water. Cook the crabs for about 20 minutes, then drain them and remove their legs. To serve: open the crabs and season with olive oil and vinegar.
