  • Between Cagliari and the nearby towns 
    Let’s set out on an imaginary journey between Cagliari and the nearby towns, to taste traditional dishes from the Campidano area.

    Discover Ogliastra, its natural beauties, the food and wine: foods typical of the land, born of the pastoral culture, cheese, culurgionis, ham, traditional bread and much more…
  • Barbagia of Ollolai 
    The Barbagia of Ollolai is the most northern of the Barbagias, the closest to Nuoro. It is a land of shepherds and meat and cheese are the main ingredients in local cooking
  • Barbagia, Supramonte and Mandrolisai 
    Crossing the province of Nuoro from Gallura, we arrive in the heart of Barbagia.
  • The Oristano province 
    Following a hypothetical oenogastronomic itinerary through the province of Oristano starting from the Sinis peninsula, we pass by typical vineyards and wine-shops producing Vernaccia di Oristano.
  • Gallura 
    Following the road to Olbia from the Sassari area, we arrive in Gallura, famous for its Vermentino wine.
  • Nurra and Romangia 
    The wine routes lead us along the coastal road from Bosa to the Alghero Nurra and Romangia areas, rich in ancient traditions.
  • Planargia 
    Moving upwards along the western coast, we reach Planargia, between the provinces of Nuoro and Oristano, where we can taste another traditional dessert wine, Bosa Malvasia, a source of pride for this area, excellent with almond sweets and cakes.
  • Sulcis 
    From Cagliari, taking the SS 130, we reach Sulcis, to taste the famous Carignano wine, one of the most famous red-wines on the Island, along with Cannonau.
