Position
Between the Porto Giunco beach and the cliffs, which stand before Punta Is Molentis, near Porto Luna.
How to get there
Along the SP 17 follow the road sign for Villasimius.
You enter the town, going along the main road until you reach the end of buildings; you then go straight on (there is no way to mistake) to the end of that road. The parking area is on your right.
Description
Simius is the town-beach of Villasimius: it is just in front of the town. It stretches for several kilometres and it joins with the beach of Timi Ama and the pool of Notteri on the right, the headland of Porto Luna on the left. It is the ideal place for those who love long walks on the sand and comforts within reach. The intense urbanization, which reaches the sandy shore, has not spolied the natural beauty of this area: the water is crystal- clear and the sand is thin and white. Some of the facilities of the beach are for the guests of apartment houses only.
Facilities
There are many facilities. You can enjoy all the comforts of the beach: several kiosks, beach umbrellas, chaise-longs and boats for rent.
